Myrtle Beach Area Off Leash Dog Parks
The staff at Pirate’s Table Calabash Seafood Buffet regrets we do not have outdoor dining accommodations for dogs. However we all love dogs, and when we are not at work we often take our companions to the following public off-leash dog parks:
Myrtle Beach Barc Parc South
670 Mallard Lake Dr., Myrtle Beach, SC
Located beside The Market Common, this 14-acre park has three areas: one for small dogs, one for large dogs and one for all dogs. The centerpiece of the area for all dogs is a large pond where water-loving dogs play fetch and splash. There are benches, walking paths and doggie fountains.
Myrtle Beach Barc Parc North
5000 Claire Chapin Epps Dr., Myrtle Beach, SC
Find this 3.3-acre off-leash park just off Highway 17 Bypass at 62nd Avenue North. It has separate fenced areas for small and large dogs, doggie fountains and plenty of shade for hot days.
Waggin’ Tails Dog Park
Inside the North Myrtle Beach Sports, Parks & Recreation Complex
150 Citizens Circle, Little River, SC
Big dogs and little dogs each have their own fenced areas, and there’s a canine hydration station.
Pirate’s Table Calabash Seafood Buffet is proud to showcase the rich history and natural beauty of the Myrtle Beach and Grand Strand area. The 500-seat restaurant has a 105-foot buffet that looks like a wooden sailing ship. Servers are dressed as pirates, and live mermaids splash in an indoor pool with a waterfall. The buffet offers crab legs, prime rib, oysters, shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels, fried chicken, barbecue ribs, salad bar, dessert bar and much more, including child-friendly choices. The restaurant is located at 1100 Water Ave. in Surfside Beach, across Highway 17 Business from Ocean Lakes Campground and a few minutes south of Myrtle Beach oceanfront hotels.
